STOVE WARRANTY FORM
Warranty Terms:
-
In the unlikely event of a failure we will replace the defective part free or charge, labour costs are not covered under any circumstances.
-
All warranty claims should be initiated with the installer/retailer, we will then speak with them directly.
-
All warranties must be registered by the customer or installer within 30 days of installation. If this has not been met then, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you will retain a one-year manufacturers guarantee only. Any extended term will then be void.
-
The waranty would be void if the stove has not been assembled, installed or operated as per the instruction manual provided, or if this does not comply with current building regulations or regional legislation in place.
-
Pevex Stoves will not be held accountable for any incidental or consequential losses, damage or injury, however caused.
-
The warranty covers the appliance chassis only. Replaceable parts (fire bricks, glass, baffles etc) are classed as perishable and therefore not covered. Paint is also not covered as this will deteriorate naturally over time through usage alone.
-
If the correct information cannot be provided then we retain the right to void any extended warranty on the appliance.
-
We retain the right to determine whether the stove can be repaired or if a replacement were to be required based on the severity of the issue/fault and a potential site visit.
-
Please note that all appliance warranties are non-transferable.
